3 Year Limited Warranty

Your pen is warranted against any manufacture defects for a period of three years. Simply contact us for a return authorization.  We will repair or replace your pen.  Postage paid by us.  

Please follow the care guidelines.  

Do not leave you pen in a car where temperature extremes will damage your pen, since this not covered under the warranty.

For fountain pen any alteration to the nib will result in the warranty being null and void.
